There should be NO dilution going forward. There are no warrants and no stock option plan. That's a possibility in the future, I suppose, but Paul seems to be anticipating just collecting dividends instead. There isn't much cash at the moment, but the pre-production is producing half a mil or more per day. That should be sufficient to fund all future development.

I started following this company and buying the stock in June of 2010. My first purchase was at $0.03, my last, on Wednesday morning, at $0.13.
