If an R/S is done to really lower shares and raise pps it's good
These guys need money so in this case the company would probably sell into the higher pps and not use it as a way to lower share count
Problem is if your holding when R/S happens your locked out of trading those shares for up to a week and all you can do is watch the pps fall
New money can buy and sell so any spike in price is controlled by flippers and the company
