there are no more myths and misconceptions about NSS..try another line....if you are serious just google 'Economic Warfare:Risks and REsponses'.....it talks about NSS in US capital markets in great depth and Risks it poses.....sincerely

Myths and misconceptions about NSS place the blame on everyone other than the only real offender, the serially diluting company who floods the market with unregistered and / or illegally exempted from registration shares.
