What if Offor does not want to lose control of the company and vetos the proposal? He is in the catbird seat right now. Why relinquish that unless someone made it worth his while. He has voting control of a company that has very favorable properties and running out of cash. He just has to wait for the right moment to take over unless his plea bargain deal years ago precludes that from happening.
