Wanted to make certain that you understand the facts and are not just listening to the negative posters.
1. Got a permit with conditions which will allow for bringing the mill up to operating status after standing idol for a long time.
Will also allow for working on satisfying the conditions at the same time. (Most knowledgeable experienced MINING people here on the board feel this will take months not years as you imply)
2. Increase in share count O/S from the approved A/S increase is possible, but not guaranteed and will depend on many factors
3. Yes the price has been at .0001, but we did close at .0002 on Friday and there has been no PR of our mill victory
4. The monetary judgements that you refer to are in appeal, as I understand, and this can go many ways.
5 The company has orders for the mill that are ready when the mill is ready
6. The company also has mines, and when operational, can mill it's own ore.
Just a few of the facts to consider. (IMO)
