Of course that is the case. Consider what you are saying. You had a bid to buy @ .0001 along with other people....At the same time the ask was @.0002 meaning that if you want some shares at that time you must pay .0002 or wait at the bid to see if someone wants to sell their shares to you at .0001. Apparently at that time noone wanted to sell to you and so your order wasn't filled. Later as you say, the bids were all gone and the asking price for the stock was lowered to .0001. So if you put in an order to buy @ 0001 your order would of course be instantly filled because people are now selling it @ 0001. Hope this helps. But am guessing people would rather just think there is some huge conspiracy going on as opposed to logical supply and demand.
