I'll take a stab at it and perhaps Lowtrade will chime in and elaborate. ADL shows retail sentiment of buy/sell. CMF shows shows strength of retail sentiment. Therefore, sentiment is rising but the strength of said sentiment is declining. It tells me a change is possibly in the making. Speaking for myself,one learns by interacting with others with same objective,learning. I.ll will certainly be waiting for Lowtrade's reply,it will help me evaluate my learning process. you're welcome in advance.
