Maybe you misread or are taking liberties with what he posted on twitter / facebook. I believe it was "Guys the beginning of August, will be the rebirth of EQ" and not "Guys the beginning of August, will be the rebirth of EQ so expect a press release at that time" I dont believe he's ever made a set date for a PR. To me his post means the company has commenced making positive moves within the energy drink industry. I hope like you that filings are made and press releases get put out, and I believe they will in due time. If you want you should give him a call or email Mo directly, he is an extremely affable guy. When things get lined up and it's go time I know I won't be on the sidelines or chasing to get in. I'm certainly not telling you to buy or sell, but in my opinion patience will pay off when you're this close to the goal line. Good luck to you in the future.
