10-1 ? R u saying that it is 10 shares to 1 share ? I don't see that anywhere else i read in research. Just that an A is a employee or retirement type of stock and it can pay divi. etc. Can you give me a little more information.

You are right about the money, but if they r maybe offering a better option by sell the A stock, then it is worth looking into. And what should the price of an A stock be ? THe same as an open share. So little information on this stuff.

You would think more info should be forthcoming when offering something like this, a quick link would be good to see the ofeer. I am thinking about it, if it helps them and helps me. I am all for it. But I dont want to call the guy just to invest 500 - 2500 and be a PIA. That amount might not be enough for him to answer the phone. Considering he is doing all the work himself, not mentioning other employees, an office, etc. I just cant make that call, keeps me rom jumping in.

Shame too, everything else he has put out there up to this date is so so honest and makes you want to get in...
