Thanks for the info olga7. I'm desperate to find a brokerage account can transfer all my Apex (zecco) shares, do you know any brokerage accept penny tranfer? I tried Just2Trade, etrade, tdameritrade, fidelity, none of them works. I don't understand why they don't accept my transfer since I trade over 1000 times per year, it is a good way for them to make money.
