But why blame Mr. Guyer when he has an intrest in seeing this company succeed as much as we all do?
There are far more logical sources of these shares who have bet against CGFI by shorting the stock. Just check the numbers of short trades in the last few weeks. They outnumber the regular shares about 2:1. They have a greater intrest in seeing the price remain depressed then Mr. Guyer. Every time the price starts to rise, they dump a few shares to keep the price from rising. It is far cheaper to do that than buy the shares at a higher price later.
I don't agree that Guyer has a history of "dumping shares". His personal sales of shares is as regular as clockwork. He sells approximately the same dollar volume a few times a year to cover his personal living expences. And Guyer and the other officers of CGFI have not taken any pay since 2009. Everyone needs a source of income.
So many claims of CGFI "dumping shares" come across this board only to see in the quarterly report that the O/S remains relatively stable. Sure there are shares sold. But those are accounted for as payments for financing, fees to consultants, suppliers and workers.
The claims of dumping far out number reality.

I'm not trying to beat you up, Markie. It just seems that, logically there are far more probable sources of these shares than Guyer or CGFI.
