Then post a link to the patent ownership of Koma Unwind as owned by Bebida Beverage Company. There isn't one. You can't patent a formula which is basically just a copy of another product, in this case, Drank (right down to the ad copy they "borrowed.") You would have to publish the formula to patent it, which is why formulas are generally "secret" and not patented. You can patent it if there's something innovative about it, but in the case of Koma Unwind, there's nothing new.

If KU becomes very popular, it will be the trademark which is valuable. Any large company can basically copy Drank just like Bebevco did, they aren't going to bother buying the "secret formula", sticking some other name on it and starting from scratch trying to sell it in a crowded field.
