Brokerages sold shares before and continued to sell for 2 weeks after the DTC Memo...until it was halted and they could sell no more.

We are not talking about making a market here we are talking about criminals who abusively sell non existant shares of stock.

But that did not happen with BCIT. We do, after all, know what did happen.
