Personally I dont think any merger is gonna happen. All I see is Beatty signing letter of intents but nothing will get solidfied. This is just my opinion. This stock reminds me of Geraldo Rivera
and Al Capones tomb......Hype hype anticipation and when it was opened they found a empty coke bottle. ASYI 10q will be the coke bottle.
