Plat....my EXACT thoughts. XOM and APC doing some serious squeezing of the STP political factor. Behind the scenes their probably the very same "American connoisseurs north" mentioned.

The JDA has spent considerable time since awards in working towards contracts. I would think this is very much to our benefit.

Any other translations of same article are most welcome. Homeport....any comments as to where this could be headed?
