I believe management should reissue the 3/31/2012 10-Q filing.

Appears as if this management cannot add five numbers together on a financial issued to the SEC.

As for the PM, that was my post, and it was bait. I'm thrilled to see the reaction, that is was I hoped for. FINRA needs to be aware of what is happening here, and this management should be scrutinized.
