I see a pump and dump pr as one which increases the pps for few hours of day trading and then bring it down to last close or even lower.

This has been the case with ICPA's PR. I really don't care what the company is doing till i am getting my pps high, if it is not going high instead going down, It really doesn't matter to me if company's building is made of Gold, That is not paying me.... AIMO :) GLTA
