The agreement was between Southridge and NSAV. He can't put the money directly in his pocket. NSAV is a legally separate entity from the finances of David Saltrelli. If he were to put NSAV money into his pocket, he would be stealing company funds. He can't do that. What he can do, is pay his salary, the salary of others, and company expenses. This includes the payments on loans and other legally binding NSAV expenses.

The notion that he is putting money into his pocket is too simple. The strategy is much more complex. You have to think three moves ahead, and you are only thinking one.
