I have been very busy today, so I did not get a chance to post what I found out earlier today. I guess I mean yesterday, since it is already tomorrow. The news is that the protest group's request for an extension was granted. They were asking for a much longer extension but the Judge granted them a two week extension making the next court date August 22nd. So we wait again!

I also heard that CAVR expects to give us an update soon and maybe even today. Just passing along what I found out so far!
