This is old news. My guess is the company likely has a reserve fund set up to make the payments. What idiot posting to this board thinks a company with a market cap of $10M+ couldn't raise that paltry sum of funds to settle an old tax issue.

Come on get real and use some common sense. This happens all the time. Especially when you consider that the Obama administration and Washington state are about as unfriendly to business as any government agency could possibly be.
