Here is what he sent me:

Of course you still have your shares. They will later be exchanged by the transfer agent.

OK, but how? Will the shares I own now be un-revoked? or exchanged with the new class of shares created?

Mark Bradley,

Of course they will be worth. They will be worth as I indicated below probably much more than before. There is nothing you need to do for now.

Mr. Dunhem,

Can you answer the question about my shares I own now? Will they be worth anything or exchanged with the new shares? Thank you.

Mark Bradley,

Here is text from email I sent earlier today to another Shareholder:

We would not do what we are doing if we thought that the price would drop back to 0.000 something. As you understand, we do not want to remain on pink sheets, but rather move up to a higher and more respected trading platform. When we start trading again, we plan to be at as a minimum OTCBB and/or OTCQB, but our preference is NYSE/Amex or NASDAQ. We will have audited financials that include operations from GovBuys and should we start trading again on OTCBB then at least we have revenues and good contracts. How many pink sheet companies have that? When we start trading again, we of course intend to make appropriate announcements demonstrating solid business. This we believe should, based on financials, make the price per share higher than it was. On the other hand, we are very actively working on some major acquisitions, and should these work out, then we could potentially enter NYSE/Amex or NASDAQ instead. The price could then potentially be even higher.

Regards,

Arne Dunhem

Mr. Dunhem,

I have a question I hope you can answer for me. According to the shareholder letter dated July 12, 2012, your proposal to the SEC was accepted by the SEC and the shares of AWYI, of which I own some, have been revoked. As I understand it since the shares have been revoked, the shares I own now have no value. Will you be replacing the revoked shares I have with the new class of shares which were created at the 200 to 1 reverse split ratio? Thanks for you answer.
