OK guys: KMAG's 'Dual Tag' is a huge product. Sorry to say 'huge' and blah blah rah rah....but imo IT IS period! This one product and patent pending will be worth ??? in the years to come. I will revisit this '???' around Christmas time...

The Dual Tag is a '4 in 1' product: a security anti-theft product, that also can be read, verified and data collected, remotely from say the managers office who wants to do an immediate inventory ON ANY SKU that has one of these tags on it - this is why the retail industry is so interested in RFID tags...: I have been in hundreds of these managers office - to these people having RFID tags that also are anti-theft tags would be game-changing and used imo very often.

IF you out there worked in retail like me, sales for 18 years in grocery stores and Home Depots and Lowes....you would know that this Dual Tag could not only protect against theft - but it could tell you exactly how many units of what are in stock NOW (...and not guessing from what the receiver checked in, plus current inventory in backstock area which has to be counted by sight without RFID, plus whats on shelf - minus damaged or discarded inventory)...:

it was always a big guessing game as to how much inventory any store has of its tens of thousands of products. It is a questimate, really cause the barcode is stagnant and 'dead' - it cant communicate anything unless each of all those are scanned. RFID instantly can track each and everyone of those items in the store - RFID thus is the future of barcoding in many ways....and many uses, cause it can be used to checkout too with no scanning - bring up to front and all your items immediately added up.:

"The Patented Dual Tag will be applied to the packaging component resulting in both leading security technologies to be applied in a single pass during the packaging process of production.
KMA will be working closely with the client to develop further applications for other products as well to develop a RFID enabled Dual Tag for future use. In order to reduce costs of redundant inventory major consumer packaging companies are now seeking technological advances to allow them to maintain shelf ready inventory. The dual tag allows the inventory to be sold at retail with EAS compliance today and in the future the RFID tag will be used for inventory control internally as well externally at retail and answer the EAS component at the same time.
Jeffrey Reid, CEO and head of product development states "Working with a Leader of Industry who seeks to innovate and stay ahead of its competitors is the ideal client. Developing future product innovation with a client that possesses such large volumes allows for expedited efforts and the ability to achieve economies of scale immediately".

The below talks about packaging companies, and again being in this barcode/RFID market - it makes KMAG's products able to be used for every kind of comapny - all the company's in retail, shipping, packaging, luggage, grocery, and on....and on....and on..........and on....................and on........................lol.

"KMAG the holder of the patented process of applying RFID tags along with a security label in one application (The Dual Tag) has adapted this process to allow for high speed encoding of the RFID label in excess of 300 labels per minute. This will allow packaging companies to apply both RFID and security labels in one application that have RFID encoded tags in place that can be read, verified and data collected. This is a significant savings to the packaging companies who currently must go through multiple steps to achieve the same results."
