seriously? so what your saying that if there is a r/s 1/200,the share price will be $5.00 on nasdaq? and how do you figure that out?that would be the greatest post-reverse split ever recorded.

all with how much in revenue? this coming from a ceo that lied and said they had "millions" in revenue only to find out he lied? incredible.i think mr. dunhem has been hitting the pipe if thats what he thinks.

he has made some very gratuitous predictions in the past, however this one takes the cake.

so your investment value goes from(current...100 million shares)about say $50,000.to 2.5 million dollars(500,000 shares) after the split?just like that?poof?

i have seen it all now.

1. AWYI as shown on my Scottrade Account is now AWYI#. .
2. On my Scottrade Accounts AWYI# symbol shows the number of shares I owned. However, there is no Market Value because the trading has been revoked. Once, Trading resume and we get listed back through the Market Maker, there will be a market value.
3. The 1/200 split already happened. Ariel Way outstanding shares now is 10,000,000 shares with a 200,000,000 shares on the reserve as approved by the Board. Use of this reserve shares is at Arne's discretion.
4. When Ariel Way trading resumes, it will probably in NASDAQ and my estmate will be around $5.00 per share. Meaning with Mingdo and I shares of over 500,000 shares, our stock value will be $2,500,000.00.
5. A re-IPO route will most likely possible when Arne's working Aquisitions materialized. However, the Revenues has to be achieved.
6. I believe things will happen for the best interest of the Shareholders. Hang in there, be strong and positive. Don't let anybody sway you down. Have a nice evening.
