A July 28th article in Napoleon's Northwest Signal says that none of the $300,000 loan made by Henry County to Revenge Designs has yet been repaid.

The story states that "reimbursement is still being sought from the Indiana company", and that the county will probably "file a judgement against him at some point." The story adds, "they are currently compiling assets of the company and determining where to file."
