Unfortunately, most of your comments are not accurate. There are two FBN's one out of Switzerland with subsidiary offices in HK & Beijing that is run in HK by Dixon. The other is now also out of HK run by Dixon's Dad Kent and was the former CRM half owned by MSWM. They are now independent of each other but will most likely in the future do business since they are in similar markets. The official name in English for MSWM's is Beijing Family Business Network Media, LTD and its Chinese name is Beijing Fan Bai Na Media & Advertising LTD, (Hong Kong)(and there
are several shorter forms of this name but FBN is acceptable).
