Absolutely, I think Dan has been VERY SMART in who he has aligned himself up with to sell his products!! BIG DISTRIBUTION, HUGE Customer retail store base, GREAT REPUTATIONS for Quality products both in sales and Service.
Don't forget that in Dan's interview where he told about how all of HIS Employee's have to go through a "Customer Service Training Program" to make sure that the customer is treated A#1.
I don't know where this went Bye-Bye in this country, but if you have ever tried to call customer service now days, for anything, you had better strap on the gloves, because we are all the bad guys, trying to get our purchase fixed!!
I will tell you one thing though, when I DO FIND A COMPANY THAT treats me good, I AM ALWAYS A RETURN CUSTOMER!! IF this company cares that much, to make sure I am happy, In Todays Economy, THEN IMO, they are about to make a TON OF CUSTOMERS & FRIENDS!!
