It might be painful for a reason. A couple of things here don't pass the sniff test and make me wonder what will be revealed down the road:
When I viewed the company address on Bing maps from above, it appeared to be a farm house with a chicken ranch -- not a warehouse. And when looking closely at the Cooper logo on the side of the truck-trailer (post #38573) it seems photo-shopped. The bottom angle of the decal is off-level by several degrees. Trailer companies don't let mis-aligned artwork leave the factory. Also, the warehouse truck loading area in that picture doesn't appear on the farm in Bing maps.
Don is right about the website; it could use some loving. That alone isn't an issue. But if Dan is too sensitive about the negatives, it may be because he doesn't want anyone to look too closely at small details that have slipped by. Buyer beware and do your own DD. I would never go long here without more info. But if that's not a concern, then have at it.
