TO ALL NEWBIES: I wouldn't play the bounce on this one and I would be careful from whom you seek advice. The play here is long based on the history of this stock. They just spent almost two years getting current and have held back all status reports of substance in the process. Because they completed two 10Ks and 5 10Qs in a little over 7 months, my guess is that they are preparing for a major onslaught of information as they get ready for the coming dredging season in Sierra Leone. There has been lots of speculation on what might be in this barage of PRs. We are all excited about the future on this stock.
