From the PR's it's stated that there will be approximately 499 million shares post RS, 5.0 B authorized. Working backwards, pre RS, that would mean there were approximately 4.99 Billion shares outstanding, leaving approximately 10 million difference.
Are those shares being sold now? Did the co. work it so they'd have the funds to pay SEC fee's etc?
I don't have the ability to answer my own questions at this point.
Scam or legitimate co., no ones making $ without releasing some more news, because there's not much of a stack up on the bid/ask.
Sit tight and hold for news.
