So the SEC "deemed it necessary and appropriate for the protection of investors to impose the sanctions specified in Ariel Way’s offer." and that Ariel Way's offer included revoking all existing shares, thus protecting us.

What a crock. If this is the way it is and we get no new shares and our existing shares are worth nothing then Arne Dunhem is truly a crook and a liar.
