This sounds like good news that the emeralds will be reviewed by both sides. Will this be the end of this long and drawn out case? Who knows...I'm sure captain Ed might have some input on this? As far as the Kent guy going on the stand and testifying...doesn't look like that will happen. Word on the plains of Nebraska is that nobody even knew where to find this guy anyway. Count, doesn't look like you we need a reserved seat for this case...sounds to me like captain Ed and his Fischer friends are going to be very disappointed and ORRV will be in headlines with NASA! To the moon ORRV! Way to not back down to the big man and go through with this; Jay.
