TR,

I have asked you before thinking that you might know? What it costs
to do a 10K or a 10Q. I asked Brian and he stated approx. $ 200K
a year maybe more maybe less. Attorney fees, accountants, SEC costs etc. etc. All costs must be paid up front by law. I hope I
did not annoy him by asking.

I asked this to help in determining this addition to overhead to the obvious rents, salaries, travel costs, testing costs etc. etc.

Just thinking... how much more expensive it is to operate as a public company not to mention the extra head aches. After the benefit of start up capital, I would wonder what other benefit there is to being public?

Just thinking?
