It looks like it is nearly completed and just waiting for the lawyers to take care of a few details. When I called BW and got no answer I was a little nervous but within 1 hour he had called me back. Nice to see that he goes the extra mile, hopefully it is reflected in the SP once the news comes out. It sounds like there is 3-4 irons in the fire with 1 nearly complete.. Fingers crossed everyone.
