Majority of OTC stocks that raise their A/S is for one reason, to dilute!! If A/S was raised and ASYI didn't have billions of shares traded in a short period of time down to a pps of .0001 then I would agreed there was no dilution. I've played to many of these scams in the past! ASYI is just another diluting pig!
