RSI Showing Overbought, SP Well Above UpperBB...

Technically showing sell, sell, sell,...
Yet, volume is higher than yesterday and sp is up, up, up.
As well as OBV showing accumulation again today.

Technically busted through the MA50 (~$1.06) like nothing.
Next resistance may be near MA150 (~$3.60) and MA200 (~$4.25).

No fundamentals to be found except the PR about Q2 on Aug 14.
If shorts are covering, they have a reason.
Anyone finding anything that might justify this upside?
Maybe whispers of a buy out or takeover leaking.
Who knows... Well, likely insiders and their buds.

Regardless, sp is moving up to benefit shareholders.
