Nah, I mean sometimes they are right. jabird seems like a sharp dude, maybe he is right. I just disagree about dilution. I need more proof than "known dilutor" and the fact that he has a large amount of shares. But that's me. If I were thinking about jumping into ICPA for the first time I'd pull up the market depth, see VFIN or VNDM with a blind 5K on the ASK and assume the exact same thing.

My understanding of this company, right or wrong, suggests that if they were diluting there would be no question or argument in my book and we would be trading much, much differently than we are now.

If by "MM games" you mean firms accumulating millions at low prices and controlling the trading to frustrate short term dreamers with no patience then yes. There are games IMO. Firms need to make their money too and they have a huge advantage over certain types of traders. If you mean illegal manipulation, then no I don't agree. Not saying it's not there, but if I can explain a stock's movement without introducing iHub bogeymen I generally will. I've traded this stock about twice a day for the past seven months and can explain everything I need to explain to myself.
