Overhead very high and even if they start doing some business the chances they will default on the note due SKO is almost certain. Paying of that note which is more like a brdige loan is not realistic. Also the holders of that note have a security interest on everything tangible and intangible. This company is more or less BK unless they raose capital which is a slight possibility if they do some sales, knock down there overhead to a more realistic number and have a huge amount of future orders t hat they can execute at a profit and t hen they will be able to get a real loan, maybe and also they will have to dilute to raise capital. Be careful on this. Also stock, warrants in the wings that will added which will dilute as they need capital which there burn rate is much too high to justify versas sales. They may have a good product but they need real money invested. So far what they have put in in the last 12 moinths they have burned it up.
