Lots of rumors floating around....the ones I have heard, take them for what they are, RUMORS....
(1) Foreign company (most common heard is Russian, but have also heard Malaysian) to pay Treaty $100M to buy rights to offshore Belize only....Treaty to retain 20% interest. Hmmmm....My thoughts, Treaty has/will continue to get interest from larger exploration firms.
(2) Another one, the company is ecstatic over results in Belize, West and East Texas....in fact a couple of the wells are producting above target levels TODAY.....company holding off several announcements for now, will release series of updates over the next 2-3 weeks.
(3) The only hiccup revolves around West Texas, the main well out there McCummus (sp) drilling has gone fine....but they hit a rather tough rock formation and broke a drilling bit, delayed for a few days....but drilling is complete and are in the process of wireline and putting into production.
(4) The Pac Rim company mentioned associated with the new board member (effective 9/1/12) is quietly making a major play to support and invest in Treaty -- quite possibly the win win will be sharing of resources in the future...they get access to North and Central America, we get access to capital and Asia Pacific.
Like I said, these are merely rumors.....but they are swirling behind the scenes....all good. If you believe in this company this may be the last final opportunity to accumulate before blast off. All IMHO.
