I am pretty sure we will see the OS increased by 135M restricted shares. Period. No change to float. Anyone without an agenda who is being honest with himself sees this. I suppose if you would consider a CEO selling common shares to be increasing the float, then it has increased by approx 6M shares.

I can prove this no more than the dilution screamers can, but I bet when the dust settles I will be proven correct on the SS.
