I used to speak with Raley quite often. He fooled me into thinking he was an honest guy. He has proven himself to be pure pond scum. Last time we spoke he was actually trying to get me to go in on a private placement deal and actually said that the current shares would be basically worthless unless the company was built big time. Well, now he is enjoying our money. I even defended this jerk on other boards several times.
