This is just stupid. They have accomplished the genetic engineering. I guess a smart guy with Wikipedia and YouTube will probably have a harder time making silk then some uneducated people in third world countries that may as well still be in the 18th century. Yea. Feeding worms, and sending cocoons to get spun. Real complex stuff. That's the joke about the whole thing. The silk exists, there is the egg storage and production capacity to produce serious volume. Gen 1 alone makes this company worth billions. Once a deal is signed this company is legit to the market. And to companies like DuPont. Once the pipelines are established we are in a different level.
