Does anyone Know if this company has any income and if so how much? Im new to this and was reading about chapter 7. I see where the company has a "thresh hold" that they would have to fall within to even be able to go through with this type of Bankruptcy. Just trying to get a better understanding of whats going on here? I would be thankful for any input.
