Hi everyone, IMHO, the so-called 3-mile-high mountain inside Gale Crater that the Curiosity Rover is going to attempt to eventually climb is not natural but rather a deteriorated artifact. After such a massive meteorite hit that created Gale Crater the debris would not reassemble itself to create a 3-mile-high mountain in the middle of Gale Crater that was supposedly created by a major meteorite impact.
