Even if they are together or apart, I don't think it changes anything if TBX is hitting APS specific boxes, but I recieved TBX +2 other of its subs I've never subscribed to in the correct TBX box.

I think some are mistaken about it, but only they can say.

I also received the PP today, but it was in it's original box, NOT the new box started for all the resubs to APS & VS/sisters after the APS e-mail issues.

IOW, the original PP list is still active, also.

Wish they all just change their name to Crazy Penny - HAR!

Who knows, but I predict an 8.9 quake in pennyland ahead no matter who is who.

I don't rule out a possible post-lawsuit 'understanding/merge/etc.' (pure speculation) but I don't rule it in, either. If there is some sort of actual 'merge', it would certainly increase the opportunities for list alert staggering on one ticker. If not, and they differ in plays, it's gonna be crazy, but I won't complain, either.
