NOLs might not be so precious according to ASYI

From the most recent SEC filing:

The future benefit of net operating loss carry forwards to the Company may be limited by on an annual basis and in total by Section 382 of the United States Internal Revenue Code as a result of prior ownership changes and depending on the future ownership changes

Maybe BDS and KTEL did their DD and found out the NOLs are useless "as a result of prior ownership changes and depending on future ownership changes."

The imaginary LOI with GCS would no doubt result in the same findings, if and that's a huge if, there was even any LOI with GCS.
I'm sure a company like GCS would do their DD too.
