There was a filing by Tmob on 2 aug, too long for me to post. They are making claims the patent is no good, the daic parties are no longer owners etc. Maybe bacatcha can load it. A lot is really legal mumbo jumbo and some has been filed before. Until and if any ruling is made, it's noise.
