If they did issues shares, they would only need about 120 Million shares to raise 15 million at current PPS. Now that added to existing shares would about 185 million shares. Still if the 15 million in revenues is valued into things at only 2x, its a deal for SNTL. This firm has a low number of O/S to begin with. also, we don't know what other assets the firm has that will become SNTL so it might be wash when we talk about net book value, etc.

Tomorrow will be interesting to say the least.
