The lawyers have to make sure that they are giving it to the people that really own it. I don't think they want to hand over a million and a half to people if they don't own it...

Remember all the baloney and the in fighting that went on in Belize and people arguing who owned what?

That's all I am saying from buying property that when I did it, I made sure my lawyer did the necessary searches in cases of acquisiton especially like this. teco could be accused of stealing the oil and gas if all the paperwork wasn't right and trespassing..etc.....yeah I know it looks above board right now, but that is what you pay a lawyer to do....They make the big bucks and they should earn it..
