SNEY management have other sources of income. These guys have money. SNEY is a way for people that have money to make more money. My point is they are not "rolling up pennies" in a corner trying to pay the rent.

A smart business person gets investors to help fund the project. Why put up all your capital when others will come in and help fund the project? Your risk is lower but you get the funds to build the business. SNEY are willing to be paid in stock for their time because they are going to make this work!
