To say the the SEC doesn't "like it" when companies issue releases for "every little thing" is also complete nonsense....what the SEC doesn't like is PR that is known by management to be false.

ATL is one person......THATS ALL......I see a lot of people now thinking that this one person is going to save there investment or worse....make them wealthy....many more things need to happen the most important thing being JOHN BOURQUES resignation or incarceration.

ATL is just one person with some modest successes in his life and while that nice and better then what has been hanging around BORK any change is just that MODEST....

ATLs education is mediocre, his successes modest, experience is a little light (due to his age), his experience in similar business ventures is thin at best ....so where's the hype coming from???

I'm sure ATL is a great guy but such blind unfounded support seems like an act of desperation.

I have a question for ATL.....

ATL stated that all of the charges against JB were dropped, this statement we know mow is FALSE, has ATL apologized for this? Has he explained this? What steps will be taken to prevent this from happening in the future?

I think he owes us an explanation.
